Tuna salad on oat cakes

This is one of my husband’s favourites….

What you need:

  • Tuna in water
  • Olive oil
  • Olives
  • Fresh herbs such as coriander or dill
  • Mayo
  • Mustard
  • Capers
  • Lemon
  • Oat cakes
  • Salt & peper

Mix the tuna with all the ingredients and add lemon to taste. I like it super lemony, some people might like just a hint. It’s up to you. Same with the mustard and salt.

Place it either on an oat cake or make a sandwich. Enjoy!
